COMMERICAL ROOFING SYSTEMS

As a trusted commercial and industrial roofing contractor serving Central Pennsylvania, we take the responsibility of recommending roofing systems that perform reliably on factories, warehouses, and industrial facilities seriously. Our reputation has been built on choosing solutions that stand up to demanding environments and protect large-scale operations.
In 1985, Grandfather Ney was introduced to a roofing system that was new to him at the time — Duro-Last.
Recognizing its potential for flat and low-sloped industrial roofs, he made the decision to build our roofing journey around a white single-ply PVC membrane. That decision helped shape the future of our company and the long-term performance we deliver to warehouse and factory owners today.
We remain grateful for that forward-thinking choice and continue to install roofing systems that support the durability, efficiency, and reliability industrial buildings require.

What is Duro-Last?

Duro-Last is a high-performance single-ply PVC membrane system engineered specifically for flat and low-sloped roofs commonly found on industrial facilities, factories, and warehouses. Designed for strength and efficiency, this roofing system offers fast installation, exceptional durability, and minimal disruption to daily operations — an essential advantage for active manufacturing and distribution environments.
The Duro-Last membrane delivers watertight protection and stands up to chemicals, fire, high winds, and harsh weather conditions. Its highly reflective surface also helps improve energy efficiency, making it a smart choice for large industrial buildings. In addition, the system requires minimal maintenance, helping facility managers reduce long-term operating costs.
Beyond the membrane itself, Duro-Last provides a complete roofing system tailored to industrial and commercial applications. This includes custom-fabricated edge metal, metal roofing components, drainage solutions, fasteners, plates, insulation, and daylighting products — ensuring your warehouse or factory roof performs as a fully integrated system.
The Details:
- The Duro-Last Roof Membrane is available in 40, 50 and 60 mil thickness.
- It is a PVC film laminated to both sides of a reinforcement fabric (weft-inserted scrim).
- PVC Film – Proprietary thermoplastic PVC formulation of resins, plasticizers, stabilizers, biocides, flame retardants, and U.V. absorbents.
- Scrim – An 18 x 14 polyester fabric construction with weft insertion, composed of 840 x 1000 denier threads, provides superior tear and puncture resistance. The polyester thread is treated to prevent wicking.
- Membrane Colors – White, tan, gray, dark gray and terra cotta.

What does Custom-Fabrication mean?
In short, it means that the roof is carefully measured and then the membrane is custom made to fit those specific roof measurements. In a traditional rolled good system, every section of the roof pieced together on site. In a prefabricated system, up to 85% of the seams are completed in a factory-controlled environment before the roof membrane is delivered to the job site. Why does that matter? A Duro-Last prefabricated system dramatically reduces the potential for roof leaks while being faster, quieter, and easier to install. The system offers less maintenance and more reliable roof performance for years to come.
